Reverend Michael EnetteRev. Michael Enette is a 5-year breast cancer survivor. Despite his medical challenges he has been the ROCK of our chapter. Being a breast cancer survivor himself, he understands the emotional roller coaster this cancer brings to someone's life. He also is able to see the emotional impact felt by the male spouse and other male members of the survivor's immediate family. His willingness to be open and share his life experience with these families is immeasurable. He can relate to the husband who has just lost his best friend or to the son who has just lost his mother in ways that others cannot. His towering presence is a testament to the fact that breast cancer can strike anyone. He is endearingly called MR. NOSEY, because he has a way of reaching out to everyone. His daily phone calls to recovering chemotherapy or radiation treatment members are both uplifting and sometimes the only contact someone may receive outside the medical community. He will listen to you express your deepest fears and pray with you to overcome those fears. Michael works tirelessly to support any breast cancer survivor. Recently, he acquired two new survivors in the state of California. The Dallas Chapter of Sisters Network is proud of Michael's community service and is honored to nominate our male survivor, Mr. Nosey, Rev. Michael Enette. |
