Vinita Brogden

I could easily write a book about this lady; but briefly, here is a short bio. Vinita has been married for fifty-one years to Don, a wonderful and supportive man who helps her in her many endeavors.  She has two children and five grandchildren as a result of their great time together.

Vinita is a seventeen year cancer survivor and a active member of our support group.  Even more than her activities with the support group is the fact that she is also very active in the community.  She has been a volunteer for the Duncanville Outreach Ministries for sixteen years and has touched the lives of so many people that it would be impossible to count them all.

Vinita is always ready and willing to help any person in need, but she goes out of her way to help others who have been dealing with cancer.  When she talks with you, you know that there is hope.  She makes you smile when you don't think that you can go on for one more day. I could say so much more, but you do get the idea about Vinita.
